Five Pieces in the Form of a Suite by Gordon Jacob was written originally for harmonica and piano and dedicated to the virtuoso harmonica player Tommy Reilly who, in 1976, recorded the work arranged for harmonica and orchestra with Neville Mariner conducting.

This arrangement by Steve Marsh for flute and guitar makes an excellent concert item and is dedicated to Paul Gregory and Alison Back.
